A guidance document on Home and Mobile Health Monitoring has been produced to help inform Health and Social Care services in Scotland

The document –  A National Service Model for Home and Mobile Health Monitoringwill support the redesign of services using technology to provide better outcomes for citizens,  while achieving productivity and efficiency gains.

This is the first of a suite of guidance documents that can  be accessed as modules.  Each will be published on the SCTT website where they will be routinely updated to reflect ongoing developments and learning.

It is anticipated that there will be further releases to reflect learning in this rapidly evolving area.  Any update requirements will next be reviewed in the Autumn of 2017.
